Your order is not accepted until Vassallo Sistemi confirms acceptance. Payment must be received and processed before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Vassallo Sistemi may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. In the event that your order is not accepted, or is modified or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail address, billing address and/or telephone number provided at the time the order was placed.
Purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Purchases may be made both by consumers, for personal use, and by businesses and professionals holding a VAT number, for use in the course of their business activity. Customers purchasing as businesses or professionals are not covered by the protections reserved for consumers under the Codice del Consumo (the Italian Consumer Code).

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is submitted and will be stated in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the prices displayed are in euros and are inclusive of VAT; they do not include shipping and handling charges, which are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed, nor any customs duties or import costs for deliveries outside the European Union.
The prices displayed in our online stores may differ from prices offered in physical stores or in online or other stores operated by third parties. We may from time to time offer promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. We are not liable for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures or events beyond our control. Once we transfer the products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Vassallo Sistemi is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases made in our store are made directly with Vassallo Sistemi. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Vassallo Sistemi, including any damage, injury or loss resulting from the products and services purchased. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Vassallo Sistemi.

Notwithstanding any termination, the following sections shall continue to apply: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy and any other provision that by its nature should survive termination.
