Personal Data collected by the Application

Failure by the User to provide certain Data may prevent this Application from providing its services.

The User assumes responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties published or shared through this Application and guarantees having the right to communicate or disclose them, releasing the Data Controller from any liability towards third parties.

If the processing of Personal Data is based on the User’s consent, the User may withdraw it at any time.

Data and content automatically acquired during use of the Application

Technical data: the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Application may acquire, during their normal operation, certain Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with Data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. Processing methods: The processing of Personal Data is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.

In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases other parties involved in the organization of this Application who provide assistance in managing the Application and the business, or who ensure the provision of services to the User, may have access to the Data. Such parties, appointed as Data Processors by the Data Controller where necessary, may access Users’ Personal Data whenever necessary and will be contractually obliged to keep it confidential.

Legal basis for processing: The Data Controller processes Personal Data relating to the User if one of the following conditions applies: the User has given consent for one or more specific purposes:

• processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the User and/or for the execution of pre-contractual measures;
• processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject;
• processing is necessary to carry out a task of public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Data Controller;
• processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller or by a third party.

It is always possible to ask the Data Controller to clarify the specific legal basis of each processing operation.

Processing is carried out using methods and tools suitable for ensuring the security and confidentiality of the Data, with the Data Controller having adopted adequate technical and organizational measures that ensure, and allow demonstration, that Processing is carried out in compliance with applicable regulations.

The Data Controller will process Personal Data for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Data Controller and the User and, in any case, for no longer than 2 years from the termination of the relationship with the User. Where processing of Personal Data is necessary for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Data Controller, the Personal Data will be retained until that interest is satisfied. Where processing of Personal Data is based on the User’s consent, the Data Controller may retain the Personal Data until such consent is withdrawn. Personal Data may be retained for a longer period if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or by order of an authority. All Personal Data will be deleted upon expiry of the retention period. Once this term has expired, the right of access, erasure, rectification, and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

None of the Data collected will be subject to any automated decision-making process, including profiling, that could produce legal effects concerning the person or significantly affect them.

Users may exercise certain rights with regard to the Data processed by the Data Controller. In particular, the User has the right to:

• withdraw consent at any time;
• object to the processing of their Data;
• access their Data;
• verify and request rectification;
• obtain restriction of processing;
• obtain erasure or removal of their Personal Data;
• receive their Data or have it transferred to another data controller;

Consent to the use of cookies
