New Pig Ampho-Mag Neutraliser

The Ampho‑Mag neutraliser is an amphoteric material designed to deal with spills of hazardous substances, even when the exact nature of the liquid involved is unknown. Its colour change helps identify the substance: the product turns red in the presence of acids and blue on contact with caustics. When it turns yellow or green, it indicates that the liquid has been neutralised and clean-up can begin.

Ampho‑Mag neutralises acids and caustics, as well as hazardous volatile components such as chlorine, ammonia, sulphur dioxide and hydrogen chloride. It can also be used to clean up spills of hydrocarbons, antifreeze, coolants, solvents and fuels, helping to reduce odours and neutralise organic and hydrocarbon vapours.
