Yes. In addition to standard solutions, we design tailor-made configurations: contact us describing the application and the fluids to be treated, and our technical department will propose the most suitable solution.

On each product page you will find the compatible OEM codes and supported housings. Alternatively, send us the code printed on the component to be replaced and we will identify it for you.

Products in stock are shipped within 24/48h. For additives in drums and IBCs (e.g. the Chimec line), delivery generally takes 15/20 working days, as stated in the variant's delivery notes.

For many items shipping is included and, where applicable, excise duty is paid: this information is given in the delivery notes of each product variant.

Yes: we carry out ISO 4406 particle analysis, analysis with the Parker DIGI+ test case and sampling using the FUELSTAT method, including at your premises. You will find these services on the Solutions page.

Yes, we offer filtration units such as Diesel Flux 79 and Mini Flux 14 and Parker DIGI+ analysis instruments for hire.

Yes, it works in the same way, but it must not be used with fuels containing ethanol.

It must be disposed of as special waste, like used oils or fuel filters, by taking it to authorised collection centres.

The dosage is given on each product page (e.g. 1 litre per 1,000 litres of diesel for Chimec 360). If in doubt, contact our technical support.
