Chimec Bacsperse 20 HF

Chimec Bacsperse 20 HF is a biocide for treating and maintaining contaminated fuel storage and distribution systems. It is added directly into the tank, undiluted, preferably before filling: the turbulence promotes mixing with the fuel. The product distributes itself between the hydrocarbon and aqueous phases, acting against aerobic and anaerobic bacteria.

Features

• Contains no sulphur, phosphorus, halogens or metals.
• Liquid physical state and density at 20 °C of 0.96 ± 0.03 g/cm³.
• Soluble in hydrocarbons and also able to partition into the aqueous phase.
• Flash point above 61 °C, according to ASTM D93.
• Indicative dosage: 50-150 mg/kg for shock treatments and less than 30-50 mg/kg for prevention.
