Resi e garanzia: la procedura RMA passo passo

Returns and warranty: the RMA procedure step by step

The return of a product purchased online always goes through an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number: it is used to track the goods coming back and to match them to the original order.

1. Open the request

Write to us stating the order number, item code and reason for the return. If the product shows a defect, attach a few photographs: in most cases they make it possible to identify the cause straight away (contamination, installation, fluid compatibility).

2. Receive the RMA number

You will be given the RMA number together with the return address. The number must be shown clearly on the parcel: shipments without an RMA cannot be accepted.

3. Prepare the parcel

The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with accessories and documentation. Components that have been in contact with fuels or oils must be drained and cleaned before shipping.

4. Inspection and outcome

On receipt the product is inspected. If a defect is acknowledged, we proceed with a replacement or a credit note; for a change-of-mind return, the conditions set out in the refund policy apply.

Manufacturer's warranty

Catalogue items are covered by the warranty of their respective manufacturer (Parker Hannifin, PIUSI, Chimec, Conidia Bioscience, New Pig). The warranty covers manufacturing defects and not the normal wear of filter elements, which are consumable components with a service life linked to the degree of contamination of the fluid.

A filter element that clogs sooner than expected is almost never a defect: it usually points to contamination upstream. In these cases it is best to start with a fuel test before replacing the filter.
