Account, customer area and B2B access

The shop account lets you find your orders, reorder in a few clicks and keep shipping addresses and billing details up to date.

Creating an account

You register from the Create account page with an email address and password. If you have already ordered as a guest, registering with the same email keeps your previous orders visible in your history.

What you will find in your account area

• My orders: status, tracking and summary of every purchase.
• Addresses: multiple delivery addresses, useful if you receive goods on site or at different premises.
• Billing details: company name, VAT number and recipient code for electronic invoicing.

Shop account and B2B portal

The shop account is separate from the B2B portal reserved for customers with dedicated commercial terms, which can be reached at portale.vassallosistemi.com. The credentials are not the same: if you have an active contract and cannot remember your portal login, ask your sales contact.

Forgotten password

From the login page, the Forgot your password link sends a reset email. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your junk mail: automated messages often end up there.
